"The Miracle on Anderson Street"

On May 7, 2023 we gathered as witnesses to testify that God still perfroms miracles. We celebrated our new church building's grand opening. Psalm 118:23 speaks to this miracle, "This is the Lord's doing and it is marvelous in our eyes. It was four years ago that God, by His guidance, lead us to begin the groundwork for our new church.

Through many prayers, much planning and even a worldwide pandemic, we literally stepped out on faith and moved to our temporary location at Christ Community Church in May 2021. In December 2021 our old church was demolished and we were able to receive our building permit. In March 2022 we had our groundbreaking ceremony and the following month our foundation was poured.

In April 2023, our new church was completed. Although there were many challenging circumstances over the last four years, the Lord Jesus remained faithful to our BBC family throughout the entire building process. Once again, lets give praise to God Most High for "The Miracle on Anderson Street."

Greetings. My name is Anthony L. Edwards and I welcome you to our website. In 2006, I was granted the privilege of becoming the Senior Pastor of Beulah Baptist Church. I was blessed in February 1997 to marry my best friend, Mrs. Terrain Edwards. From our union, we have one daughter, Miss Charisma Edwards.

Beulah Baptist Church is known as the 3-L Church: a Loving Church, because God is love; a Learning Church because we've been commanded to grow in grace and the knowledge of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ; and a Living Church, because we desire not to be just hearers of the Word but doers of the Word.

BBC is often referred to as a transitioning church because we are constantly on the move for the Lord. I believe in teaching the Word of God practically so that it may be applied personally. At BBC, we are committed to seeing lost souls come to know the Lord through the preaching of the Gospel and to make strong disciples of the Lord. Beulah Baptist is a church for the whole family, and we are striving to make a difference in the lives of all of our members.
